TRAVEL +Leisure (T+L), a global travel site based in New York, USA, released a list of the 100 most favorite hotels in the world in 2023. The label is the result of a survey by T+L readers in the context of an annual event titled The World’s Best Awards 2023.
Quoted from the T+L website, the 28th edition of the award was conducted through an extensive survey from 24 October 2022 to 27 February 2023 through a website managed and monitored by its research partner, namely Proof Insights.
This survey involved tens of countries and hundreds of thousands of respondents in the world. Where respondents provide assessment of several categories, one of which is about hotels. Specifically, respondents gave ratings based on a number of criteria, namely, rooms/facilities, location, service, food, and value.
For each of these characteristics, respondents can choose a rating of very good, above average, average, below average, or poor. The final score is the average of these responses.
From the list of the 100 most favorite hotels in the world according to T+L The World’s Best Awards 2023, the top five are as follows:

Specifically regarding the existence of Indonesian hotels, besides Andaz Bali, there are several other hotels that are included in the list of the 100 most favorite hotels in the world for 2023.
