THE FIRST five-star hotel in the National Capital City of Nusantara (IKN), namely Swissotel Nusantara, was officially opened to the public on August 17, 2024.
In fact, this hotel has been operating on a limited basis for some time to welcome important guests, including state invitees and government officials. The hotel has also been designated as the main accommodation for the Ministry of State Secretariat during the Independence Day of the Republic of Indonesia on August 17, 2024.
With 191 rooms available, including Premier, Grand Room, Suite King and Presidential Suite types covering an area of 200 square meters, Swissôtel Nusantara offers comfort and luxury that meets international standards.

Aldo said that Swissôtel Nusantara has always been full since it was first used to accommodate government guests, and does not accept guests from outside. After Independence Day on August 17, 2024, the general public will be able to experience staying at this luxury hotel.
“Our rooms will be available to the public from August 18 and can be booked directly on a first-come, first-served basis. To welcome the Independence Day itself, Swissôtel Nusantara has prepared various special facilities and services. From butler (personal service) to special dishes prepared by the hotel’s chef,” said Aldo.
In addition, he continued, breakfast at Nusantara Restaurant is also the main attraction, with a menu of regional foods from all over the archipelago. We also offer a special menu of Wong Solo liwet rice and buffets for lunch and dinner, which have received a lot of positive feedback from guests.
He revealed that room rates at Swissôtel Nusantara start from IDR3.8 million per night, with prices varying depending on occupancy and demand.
