IN CELEBRATION of Hotel Tentrem Jakarta’s one-year anniversary (Eka Warsa), on July 14, 2025, Hotel Tentrem and MATALESOGE hospitABLElity are presenting the Inclusive Exploration program, offering an experience stay from July 13–14, 2025.
According to Muhammad Yuslan, the hotel’s general manager said this program is designed to provide MATALESOGE hospitABLElity trainees with a unique stay experience, prioritizing comfort, warmth, and diversity in our hotel services.
“Through the Experience Stay program, trainees with special needs from MATALESOGE hospitABLElity will explore Hotel Tentrem Jakarta’s various facilities, including rooms, public areas, wellness services at Gaharu Wellness, and culinary offerings at Kayu Manis Restaurant and LIN Chinese Restaurant. They will also share their perspectives to promote more inclusive, welcoming, and diverse hospitality practices,” he said.
Muhammad Yuslan explained that this initiative is more than just a stay; it opens up space for creative exploration, the exchange of ideas, and constructive dialogue about accessibility and hospitality. True to its name, Tentrem means tranquility and comfort. Hotel Tentrem Jakarta is committed to creating meaningful, relevant, and open spaces for all.
“The Eka Warsa program highlights cultural expression through movement and creativity, showcasing the vibrancy of Javanese traditions. This cultural series is the hotel’s way of presenting local culture to the world. Through Eka Warsa, we aim to create meaningful collaborations that showcase Javanese heritage and ensure its continued appreciation and preservation while fostering compassion for others,” he added.
Meanwhile, Tommy Hermanses, the founder and CEO of MATALESOGE HospitABLElity Academy, said that this collaboration program with Hotel Tentrem Jakarta is a significant step in our efforts to create equal opportunities for people with special needs. Through the program, participants will be able to identify and develop their skills in the hospitality industry.
Tommy confirmed that this program paves the way for more people with special needs to work in the hospitality industry and inspires other sectors to create equal opportunities for all.
He concluded that the academy is grateful to the hotel for giving people with special needs the opportunity to participate in a staycation program and, in the future, an internship program to share hospitality experiences at the hotel. [traveltext.id]
