FAST-moving consumer goods (FMCG) company Enesis Group won five awards at the 2026 HR Asia Awards in recognition of its human resources transformation, work culture, technology utilization, and sustainability practices.
According to Enesis Group Chief Executive Officer Bambang Wirjawan Soendoro said the awards recognized the company’s efforts in building a work environment that supports employee development and organizational transformation.
“Receiving this award for three consecutive years demonstrates that this commitment wasn’t just a one-time achievement, but rather one that we maintain and develop over time,” said Bambang in a statement received in Jakarta on Thursday (06/18), 2026.
He explained that the five categories won include HR Asia Best Companies to Work for in Asia 2026, HR Asia People Transformation Awards 2026, HR Asia Tech Empowerment Awards 2026, HR Asia Sustainable Workplace Awards 2026, and HR Asia Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Awards 2026.
According to him, the People Transformation award is given for employee competency development and learning programs that are part of the business strategy.
Meanwhile, the Tech Empowerment award relates to the use of technology to support productivity and work effectiveness.
The Sustainable Workplace award is given for the implementation of sustainability-oriented work practices, while the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion award reflects the company’s efforts to build a more inclusive and open work environment.
Meanwhile, RM Ardiantara, Head of Human Resources, Services, and Public Relations at Enesis Group, stated that the award serves as encouragement for the company to continue improving the quality of its human resource management.
He stated that the company will continue its various employee development programs to support evolving business needs and ensure the organization’s ability to adapt to changes in the business environment.
