THE ASTINDO Travel Fair (ATF) 2026 serves as a platform for travel agents to offer a variety of travel services directly to the public.
“Amidst technological advancements and shifting consumer behaviors, we recognize that face-to-face interaction remains highly valuable. Visitors can meet travel professionals and receive information and recommendations firsthand,” said ASTINDO Chairperson Pauline Suharno in an official statement in Jakarta on Friday (08/21), 2021.
The tourism exhibition, held at the Main Atrium of PIK Avenue, Jakarta, from August 20 to 23, 2026, connects the public with a wide array of travel products and services in a single location, aiming to serve as a valuable resource for trip planning.
Participating travel industry players represent sectors such as tourist destinations, airlines, travel agencies, hotels and resorts, theme parks and attractions, domestic and international tour operators, cruise lines, and other travel-related products and services.
Pauline added that the event adopts a “one-stop travel shopping” concept, allowing visitors to compare various travel options from multiple industry players in one place.
Visitors can also obtain information and recommendations directly from travel agents and tourism boards to help plan trips tailored to their specific needs.
Furthermore, the exhibition—spanning an area of 1,073 square meters—features a variety of programs over its four-day run, including product launches, market intelligence sessions, press conferences, stage performances, destination presentations, games, and other special activities.
She emphasized that direct interaction between travel industry players and the public remains crucial, even as technology evolves and consumer behaviors change.
ATF 2026 also provides a space for interaction between industry players and the public to showcase travel products and services. For industry players, the event offers opportunities to expand networks, build business connections, and engage with potential travelers, travel planners, corporate buyers, and other tourism stakeholders.
