IN COLLABORATION with MATALESOGE hospitABLElity Academy, PT Tiki Nugraha Ekakurir (JNE) is celebrating its 36th anniversary on November 26 by holding a special event entitled “Melesat Hebat” or “Great Shooting”. This event transformed JNE into a joyful and meaningful space, offering a visually and emotionally beautiful celebration.
This time, the MATALESOGE hospitABLElity Academy conducted a field trip to the JNE head office, Tomang, West Jakarta. The event was filled with games: shipment packaging race, office touring, shipment practice in the Depo Area, music performance and lunch together.
The aim of this visit is to offer our learners a first-hand look into a real working environment, helping them understand how an organization operates, how teams collaborate, and how different roles function within a company.
According to Doedi Hadji Sapoetra, Branding & Activation Division Head in opening speech on Monday, (28/9), 2026 said in accordance with the company’s values of sharing, giving, caring, the company is very active in the humanitarian sector, with programs in the form of caring for orphans, the poor, as well as disaster awareness programs, and also caring for health, education and disability programs in collaboration with various parties.
“In line with the JNE’s transformation, collaborating with the MATALESOGE hospitABLElity Academy is new for us, especially as it relates to children with special needs. We are fortunate to hold this event. In the future, MATALESOGE training participants may intern or work at our company,” he said.
He also explained that more than just entertainment, the’ Melesat Hebat’ event offers a small stage for great hope. We hope that every individual with special needs, without exception, feels accepted and appreciated and has the courage to be themselves.
Doedi added that we believe that individual with special need is a light that brings hope for the future. Through our company JNE aims to accompany them on their journey by providing a space, a voice, and smiles. We are always ready to provide a space for special needs to learn and grow alongside JNE.
Meanwhile Tommy Hermanses, the CEO of MATALESOGE Jakarta, said that the MATALESOGE hospitABLElity Academy is grateful to JNE for giving people with special needs the opportunity to participate in field trips and, in the future, internships and experiences at the JNE company.
Tommy added that at MATALESOGE hospitABLElity Academy, we believe that differences should not be a barrier to development. We provide guidance and encourage every individual with special needs to develop their talents through programs at our training center.
This collaboration aims to create equal opportunities and boost the self-confidence of people with special needs. Through this program, they will be able to discover and maximize their skills in the logistic industry.
