The annual Maybank Bali Marathon returns to the “Island of the Gods” on Sunday, 9 September 2018. Once again, Mövenpick Resort & Spa Jimbaran Bali is demonstrating its support for local events by becoming an official partner of the marathon.
Attracting international athletes and enthusiastic amateurs alike, this exotic race features a challenging village route that showcases Bali’s natural and cultural beauty. As well as the full marathon, which covers almost 42.2km of coastal and inland routes in Gianyar Regency, the Maybank Bali Marathon event also includes half-marathon, 10k and children’s sprint events, providing something suitable for the whole family.
Runners will need to ensure their bodies are in peak condition to take on this challenge, and what better way to prepare than with a relaxing stay at Mövenpick Resort & Spa Jimbaran Bali? As part of its official partnership with Maybank Bali Marathon, this stylish tropical resort is offering runners an exclusive three-day, two-night package.
This offer includes Classic Room accommodation, daily buffet breakfast with plenty of healthy options, roundtrip airport transfers and transport to the marathon course, plus complimentary mini-bar refreshments upon arrival, a welcome drink, cold towel and Mövenpick’s daily Chocolate Hour.

The Maybank Bali Marathon 2018 package is available for Rp1,900,000++ per person (based on two people sharing) or Rp3,500,000++ per room (single occupancy) for a two-night stay, and is valid for stays between 8-12 September 2018.
Weary runners will also be able to enjoy a post-marathon pampering session at Arkipela Spa & Wellness. The “Race Revival” treatment is available on 9 September only (10am-10pm) and features a foot, neck and shoulder massage that will make all your aches and pains melt away. Reflecting the 42km marathon distance, the price of this treatment is just Rp420,000 per person.
