THE Ministry of Transportation has reopened access to air, land and sea transportation modes starting Thursday (7/5) as long as it is in accordance with the health protocol.

Passengers who may travel are subject to the restrictions and application of health protocols in accordance with the mandate of Permenhub 18/2020 and Permenhub 25/2020.
“In the Circular of the Chair of the Task Force for the Acceleration of COVID-19 No. 4 of 2020, the criteria for the exclusion of traveling by transportation are for people with special needs such as patients who need health services to repatriate Indonesian migrant workers,” Busyra noted.
He stressed, they must meet the requirements for traveling such as showing a ID (KTP), showing an assignment letter and showing a negative COVID-19 test result. Later, travel agents do not take care of the requirements that must be met for travel.
Meawhile Tiket.com’s Senior Public Relations Executive Yosi Marhayati, everything is managed by each airline. Requirement checks are also carried out at the airline check-in counter. The airline also provides a policy that passengers who continue booking are considered to know and fulfill the requested requirements.
