PAPER.ID-MICROSOFT COLLABORATES TO SUPPORT DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION

IN ORDER to help more businesses increase their productivity and adaptability in the midst of today’s hybrid work system, Paper.id is partnering with Microsoft Indonesia to offer a ‘Microsoft Office 365 Business Basic’ business management package.

The package, which consists of the business solutions of the two companies, is designed to help simplify the work system of business people, especially Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), in Indonesia. This package can be obtained through PT Sistech Kharisma as the official distributor and Paper.id as the official sales partner for the package.

According to the CEO & Co-founder of Paper.id, Jeremy Limman said that the pandemic has limited the space for movement between employees so that the collaboration & work communication process is hampered which results in deteriorating business operational processes.

“The existence of this business package is expected to help companies to run business operations digitally and collaboration between employees can occur without the need to meet face to face. By doing so, it is hoped that this will increase the company’s competitiveness and accelerate the growth of Indonesia’s digital economy,” he said.

The packages, he continued are available in three types that have been adjusted, so that they are easily accessible to various groups, starting from IDR54,000 per month. For every purchase of each package, Paper.id provides an additional bonus in the form of Paper.id’s flagship business package, namely the Jet or Rocket package, to facilitate business people in invoicing, managing stock of goods, keeping financial records, and so on.

He explained that the Jet or Rocket Paper.id package makes it easy to manage a business, such as digital stock management without having to go to a warehouse, cash flow that is not smooth due to bad billing, to managing invoices that are still manual so that they are not effective and efficient. In addition, every existing feature has been integrated and can be accessed online to facilitate business activities.

“Until now, Paper.id has established strategic partnerships with various financial institutions such as Modalku, Investree, Koinworks, and Alami with a total disbursement of business funds reaching IDR100 billion as of March 2021. Not only that, Paper.id has partnered with Xendit, Tokopedia, and Gojek (GoTagihan) to facilitate e-invoicing payments through various payment options, as well as Gadjian for better operational management, attendance and employee performance monitoring packages,” he noted.

Jeremy Limman added that we continue to be committed to being the leading platform in matters of ease of business transactions, from solving cash flow problems through accounts receivable/debt management, to accessing business funding to ensure faster payments. [traveltext.id]
