STARTING in December 2021, Garuda Indonesia airline will effectively serve flights five times a week from Banda Aceh-Jakarta and vice versa, namely every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday.
Previously, Garuda Indonesia served four flights a week, namely every Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday.
According to Garuda Indonesia Banda Aceh Sales and Service Manager, Widya Kurniawan Putra, recently, said that the addition of flights to the route was carried out because currently there is an increase in the number of passengers and goods/cargo departing or flying from and to Aceh.
He said the flight route for Monday from Jakarta to Banda Aceh (GA 146) departs at 12.45 WIB and arrives at 15.35 WIB. Furthermore, on the same day Banda Aceh-Jakarta (GA 147) departed at 16.20 WIB and arrived at 19.15 WIB.
Then Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday, the Jakarta-Banda Aceh route (GA 146), departs at 11.55 WIB, arriving at 14.45 WIB. Furthermore, on the same day the Banda Aceh-Jakarta route (GA 147), departing at 15.45 WIB, arrived at 18.40 WIB.
Then, on December 2 and 16, 2021, Garuda Indonesia for the Jakarta-Banda Aceh route (GA 146), departs at 07.30 WIB, arrives at 10.20 WIB. Then, the Banda Aceh-Jakarta route (GA 147), departs at 11.05 WIB, arrives at 14.00 WIB. However, the schedule is subject to change at any time.
