TERMINAL 1 of Soekarno-Hatta International Airport, is re-opened for domestic departure and arrival flights starting Friday (4/01). The terminals that have been re-operated are terminals 1A and 1B of Soekarno Hatta Airport (Soetta).
There are dozens of security officers and Aviation Security (Avsec) guarding the entrance of terminals 1A and 1B to the boarding pass area. Three PT Angkasa Pura (AP) II officers wearing yellow and green vests were also seen on duty to inspect each passenger service area.
However, there is no visible passenger activity in Terminal 1A and Terminal 1B. The situation of Terminal 1A and 1B of Soetta Airport was in an empty condition, without the crowds that usually happened before.
Vehicles that pass are only private cars belonging to employees, but the shuttle bus that has been operating has not yet crossed Terminal 1. Similar conditions can also be seen at the arrival exit for newly arrived passengers. There only one officer was seen standing guard with no passenger activity. [sources/photo special]
