ROYAL CARRIBBEAN CRUISE SHIP WILL SAIL FROM SINGAPORE TO MALAYSIA

THE ROYAL Caribbean International cruise ship in Singapore plans to return to sailing to a number of tourist attractions in Malaysia, starting Thursday (6/30). This service is available for three and four days using the Spectrum of the Seas fleet.

During the trip, tourists can enjoy a variety of entertainment onboard the cruise ship, including the Sky Pad virtual reality ride, a surfing simulation called FlowRider, and a glass-covered observation capsule called the North Star.

When landing in Penang and Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, tourists can explore various historical, cultural and culinary attractions.

There are a number of tourist attractions to choose from with Royal Caribbean, ranging from the church of St. George’s Church in Penang which is known as the oldest Anglican church in Southeast Asia, to Batu Caves in Kuala Lumpur which has various statues of Hindu gods and goddesses.

However, please keep in mind that tourists are required to apply health protocols according to the destination country, as well as complete documents.

“We are delighted to be the first cruise line in Singapore that reconnects travelers with beautiful destinations in Asia. Penang and Kuala Lumpur, culturally rich cities, have a lot (to explore) and this is only the beginning.” said Vice President and Managing Director, Asia-Pacific, Royal Caribbean International, Angie Stephen, in an official statement, Thursday (6/2).

Stephen continued, after two years of being affected by the COVID-19 pandemic, our party again felt the enthusiasm of the guests, as well as their partners. Singapore is one of the top destinations and its location is close to a number of countries, making it easier for tourists to travel.

Meanwhile, Director of Cruise, Singapore Tourism Board, Annie Chang, said that his party had been working closely with governments in Southeast Asian countries.

“We have been working closely with governments in Southeast Asia to unify cruise protocols and policies, and we are pleased to bring Malaysia’s ports back to sailing for a start,” said Chang.
