BATIK AIR OPENS DENPASAR-DILI FLIGHT ROUTE STARTING AUGUST 24, 2022

BATIK AIR has opened a return route from I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport in Denpasar, Bali, to Presidente Nicolau Lobato International Airport in Dili, Timor Leste, starting Wednesday (8/24). The flight frequency for the Denpasar-Dili route will be available once a week, to be exact, every Wednesday.

The fleets used are Airbus A320 and Boeing 737-800NG aircraft. The Airbus A320 fleet is equipped with 12 business class seats and 144 economy class seats, while Boeing 737-800NG aircraft are equipped with 12 business class and 156 economy class seats.

“The operation of the Bali-Dili PP route is one of Batik Air’s efforts in supporting the gradual recovery of the global economy for the Asian region (Indonesia and Timor Leste),” said Corporate Communications Strategic of Batik Air, Danang Mandala Prihantoro, in official statement, Tuesday (8/24).

He added that the opening of this route is expected to contribute to accelerating access and facilitating mobility, contributing to the smooth running of trade (exports and imports) and tourism, as well as strengthening state relations. [sources/photo special]
