These innovative dining concepts have been meticulously crafted by Executive Chef Ferdinan Tobing during his culinary journey.

1928 Sunday Brunch kicks off with the indulgence of Seafood Delight on Ice served in a bowl, followed by an all-you-can-eat selection of delectable starters. Patrons can savor offerings such as Lobster Bisque and Caesar Salad served in a Parmigiano Cheese wheel, an assortment of Freshly Sliced Cold Cuts, and a Delicate Cheese Station.

Gourmet enthusiasts are treated to a 5-course Degustation menu, beginning with Baked Lobster accompanied by Hollandaise Sauce, potato rosti, and rocket salad for a fresh and creamy flavor. The culinary journey continues with Herb-Crusted Salmon, served alongside Salmon Roe and Tomato Salad, offering a delightful second entrée.

Before transitioning to the meat selections, Chef Tobing introduces a palate-cleansing Javanese Tamarind Sorbet. The dining experience proceeds with Wagyu Beef Steak, complemented by a mix of Mushroom Mashed Potato and Grilled King Oyster Mushroom.

Chef Tobing’s culinary prowess shines through in the Miso Glazed Chicken Leg served with Shirataki Rice and Enoki Mushroom Tempura, creating the perfect poultry dish. The grand finale arrives with the Wagyu Beef Risotto, expertly prepared with braised Wagyu Beef Cheek and Truffle Risotto, delivering a memorable combination of flavors.
