LION AIR OPENS NEW FLIGHT ROUTE JAKARTA-AMBON, STARTING FEB. 5, 2024

LION AIR airline opens a new flight route Jakarta-Ambon round trip. The flight route connecting Soekarno-Hatta International Airport with Pattimura International Airport will begin operating on February 5, 2024.

According to Corporate Communications Strategic of Lion Air, Danang Mandala Prihantoro, said this new flight route offers a number of benefits. One of them is that tourists can continue flights from Ambon to various interesting destinations in eastern Indonesia, such as Saumlaki, Tual, Namlea, Ternate, and others, so they can connect themselves with family, friends or business colleagues in Ambon easily and quickly.

“It is getting easier to explore the natural and cultural beauty of Ambon, which is one of the best tourist destinations in Indonesia. Enjoy exotic beaches, rich history and melodious music. The added value is supporting the #InIndonesiaAja movement, which aims to develop domestic tourism and improve the welfare of local communities,” said Danang as quoted in his official statement, Sunday (21/1).

Danang added that this flight route can also shorten time, because you don’t need to transit in another city. Upon arrival in Ambon, you can immediately continue your activities, whether on holiday or work.
