ARTOTEL Thamrin Jakarta in collaboration with MATALESOGE hospitABLElity academy is implementing an internship program for people with special needs. This is part of the “The Art of Goodness” initiative that Artotel Group has been implementing since 2022.
According to Dicky Panjaitan, General Manager of ARTOTEL Thamrin Jakarta, this collaboration aims to create equal opportunities for individuals with special needs through a six-month internship program in the housekeeping department as well as various operational aspects so that they can develop technical skills while increasing their self-confidence.
“This internship program was given to Kevin Lobota Lokenga with the guidance of ARTOTEL’s professional team, participants are expected to be able to adapt and grow in an inclusive and supportive work environment and actively contribute to the hospitality industry,” he said.
