InJourney Airports is also currently transforming Soekarno-Hatta Airport and I Gusti Ngurah Rai Airport in Bali as the most used airports during the Nataru period. The transformation process involves 3Ps, namely Premises, Process and People.

Premises is an improvement in the quality of airport infrastructure that focuses on customer experience. The steps taken include beautification of Terminal 3, implementation of ATRS & CT X-Ray and Indonesian Pavilion, optimization of air temperature, beautification of terminals and special Umrah lounges in Terminal 2F, accessibility, and overlay of the southern runway.

In addition, the process is a transformation by making airport operations ecosystem-based with data-driven decision making. These steps are being taken through the digitization of traffic-based operations management, optimization of the Terminal Operations Control Center, Airport Capacity Management (ACM), and the addition of golf cart assistance facilities.

For people, it is a transformation by improving human resources (HR) with customer-centric values, attitudes, mindsets and competencies based on global standards. The process is being carried out through the Terminal 3 Aviation Security selection, hospitality training, and the redesign of customer service and aviation security officers’ uniforms with a fresher and friendlier look.
