INDONESIAN AIRLINES REVITALIZES THE NATIONAL AVIATION INDUSTRY

CALYPTE Holding Pte. Ltd, a Singapore-based renewable energy, aviation and agriculture development company, officially registered a new subsidiary through a notary public on March 7, 2025 to establish PT Indonesia Airlines Group.

According to Chief Executive Officer of Indonesian Airlines and Executive Chairman of Calypte Holding Pte. Ltd., Iskandar said Indonesia Airlines will be based at Soekarno-Hatta International Airport, Tangerang, Banten.

“Based on the results of the business plan and feasibility study that have been prepared, Indonesia Airlines will only focus on international flights where it will operate 20 fleets in the initial stage,” Iskandar said in his official statement quoted on Saturday (03/8), 2025.

Iskandar said the 20 fleets will be introduced gradually, divided into 10 narrow-body aircraft (Airbus A321neo or A321LR) and 10 wide-body aircraft (Airbus A350-900 and Boeing 787-9).

Meanwhile, Iskandar claims that Indonesian Airlines is a scheduled commercial airline with premium service. He said Indonesia Airlines combines the luxury of private jet travel with the comfort of commercial flights. “We offer a truly unparalleled journey for passengers,” he said.

In this regard, he revealed that Indonesian Airlines offers special services that provide premium comfort, personalized attention, and world-class facilities previously reserved for private jet rentals. Gradually, Indonesian Airlines’ vision is to become a global symbol of Indonesian prosperity, an icon of celebration and hospitality in the narrative of Indonesian culture.

Meanwhile, Indonesian Airlines’ mission is to redefine travel with premium service, where safety is Indonesian Airlines’ top priority, while sharing the warm hospitality of Indonesians with the world.

According to him, the high mobility of the population in the Asia-Pacific region makes this business very promising for Indonesia Airlines.

“With the support of aviation professionals, both crew and management, Indonesian Airlines is confident that it will be able to enter the new era of premium aviation,” he concluded. [sources/photo special]
