ARTOTEL Group (AG) and PT. Perisai Psikologi Indonesia (PPI) introduced ‘Mindhavana,’ a psychological tourism program that combines a stay experience with professional psychological support, on June 17, 2026, at ARTOTEL Casa Hangtuah Jakarta.
According to Nastalia Nursanti, Director of Sales & Revenue at ARTOTEL Group, said in the midst of increasingly fast-paced and demanding lives, many people are beginning to realize that rest is not always enough to restore themselves. There is a deeper need: a space to pause, understand oneself, and rediscover the meaning that may have slowly been lost amidst routine.
“Based on this need, AG and PT. Perisai Psikologi Indonesia are introducing Mindhavana, a psychological tourism program that combines a stay experience with professional psychological support,” she said.
Nataslia Nursanti explained that this program is designed to help individuals rebuild emotional balance, deepen self-awareness, and undergo a more meaningful reflection process through a structured and personalized travel experience.
Meanwhile, Dr. Catur Prasetyo, S.S.T. Par., M.Si., COO of PT Perisai Psikologi Indonesia, said that unlike the typical vacation concept, Mindhavana offers more than just a change of location, but also a journey into the self.
“Participants are invited to enjoy an atmosphere that supports the reflection process through various mindfully designed activities, directly accompanied by professional psychologists, so that each experience has deeper meaning,” he said.
He added that this program is specifically aimed at individuals aged 50 and above who want to improve their quality of life, strengthen emotional stability, and rediscover the purpose and meaning of life in a more mature phase of life.
Likewise, Dr. Yulisa Susanti, M.Si., M.Psi., Psychologist, CEO of PT Perisai Psikologi Indonesia, stated that from PT’s perspective, Indonesian Psychology Shield, Mindhavana, embodies the concept of Psychological Tourism, a category unprecedented in the tourism industry. It’s a new approach that combines psychology and tourism into one integrated experience.
“While travel has traditionally focused on the destination, Psychological Tourism places the human psychological experience at the center of the journey. The goal isn’t just to move to another place, but also to create positive changes in one’s emotional and mental state and the way one interprets life,” she affirmed.
She added that through Mindhavana, participants are encouraged to let go of all attributes, pause for a moment from the demands inherent in daily life, reconcile with unfulfilled hopes, and re-acquaint themselves with, understand, and accept themselves more fully.
“Going forward, Mindhavana is expected to open a new perspective on the function of hotels and tourist destinations. No longer merely as a place to stay, but as a space for emotional balance, not just physical but also recognizing the importance of paying attention to psychological well-being, oriented towards human growth and transformation,” she noted.
Nastalia Nursanti also added that through the program “A Return to Yourself: For the Life Still Ahead,” participants can choose from three destinations from the ARTOTEL Group network: ARTOTEL Casa Hang Tuah Jakarta, ARTOTEL Pelangi Park, and The Green Peak, ARTOTEL Curated. Packages start at IDR7,250,000 nett per person and include accommodation, breakfast, coffee breaks, lunch, dinner, and psychological support throughout the program.
Participants can choose the program duration according to their needs, from 3 days 2 nights, 5 days 4 nights, to 7 days 6 nights. This collaboration represents a new step in providing a stay experience that focuses not only on physical comfort but also psychological well-being.
“As a hotel chain AG prioritizes creativity, lifestyle, and innovation, we see a growing need for experiences that can have a deeper impact on guests. The concept of wellness is often synonymous with spas, yoga, or other physical activities,” she concluded. [traveltext.id]
