PT AVIASI Wisata Indonesia or InJourney as the holding or parent of the Aviation and Tourism BUMN (State-Owned Enterprises) will work very closely with local governments to develop a national tourism ecosystem.
“Certainly, the cooperation with local governments will be very close,” said InJourney Marketing Director Maya Watono at an online press conference in Jakarta, Friday (1/14).
Maya gave an example in Labuan Bajo where the Aviation and Tourism BUMN Holding works very closely with the local government, such as what the holding can do for Komodo conservation.
This later, he said, there is a big plan because the Aviation and Tourism BUMN holding has slightly changed the layout of Labuan Bajo, starting from the dock and so on, it will be developed in order to develop the tourism ecosystem in Labuan Bajo.
“Of course, we are working very closely with the local government in Labuan Bajo and wherever we are, especially for ITDC and the Temple Tourism Park. So, in every place, we must have very close cooperation with the local government,” said Maya. [antaranews/photo special]
