PEMUTERAN Festival Bay 2023 is part of the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy event calendar, namely Kharisma Event Nusantara. Therefore, the Tourism Ministry invites the people of Buleleng and surrounding areas to participate in the success of this event which will be held on 16-18 November 2023.
In his remarks when opening the 2023 Pemuteran Bay Festival at Tanjung Budaya Pemuteran, Buleleng Regency, Bali, Thursday (11/16), 2023, the Minister of Tourism and Creative Economy, Sandiaga Uno, said that this was part of the Kharisma Event Nusantara which had extraordinary community involvement. There is local wisdom and small medium enterprises (SMEs) involved, and from what I see the job opportunities are also very open and the community is very supportive.
“Apart from that, this event is also clear evidence of the involvement of the Pemuteran Tourism Village community in managing community-based tourism. Remember that the Pemuteran Tourism Village has won the Community-Based Tourism (CBT) award from the ASEAN Tourism Standard in July 2023,” he said.
Therefore, Minister Sandiaga expressed his highest appreciation to the Buleleng Regency Government and the Pemuteran Village Government for initiating this event as part of community involvement in driving the tourism sector and the creative economy.
