THE INDONESIAN has decided to lower the price of domestic airline tickets during the Christmas and New Year 2024/2025 period. This is a direct order from President Prabowo Subianto to help the public to ease the burden of ticket prices at all airports in Indonesia.

Likewise, Transportation Ministry spokesman Elba Damhuri said that the implementation of the fare adjustment itself will be valid for 16 days during the 2024/2025 Christmas and New Year period, from December 19, 2024 to January 3, 2025, for unsold tickets.
“For passengers who have purchased tickets for flights during this period, incentives may be given according to the policies of each airline, if still possible,” said Elba, Wednesday (11/27), 2024.
