THE BOGA Group company will present a new Sushi Kaiyo restaurant that carries the izakaya concept at Lippo Mall Puri, Jakarta, on December 16, 2021. For a more authentic taste, chefs from the State of Sakura are brought in directly to serve Japanese food and drinks.
A variety of fresh sushi and sashimi inspired by the earth, wind and sea will be present creatively in Sushi Kaiyo’s signature menu. Not only that, various Japanese fire-inspired grills such as Yakitori and Aburi will also be present.
“Sushi Kaiyo also presents Izakaya, a place where you can relax and unwind accompanied by a variety of delicious cocktails and mocktails,” said the founder and President Director of Boga Group, Kusnadi Rahardja, quoted from a press release.
Sushi Kaiyo will come with a beautiful interior concept. Taking the Japanese Scandinavian (Japandi) theme, Sushi Kaiyo is rich in minimalist and clean interior corners, a mix of Japanese and Scandinavian styles.
“Earth, Wind & Sea and Fire are our sources of inspiration at Sushi Kaiyo. From food & drinks to interior ambiance, you will find many memorable surprises inspired by these elements,” he continued.
