PT Angkasa Pura II Soekarno-Hatta (Soetta) International Airport Main Branch Office said that starting from Wednesday, April 1, 2020, the operation of Terminal 1 and Terminal 2 will be limited.

“The purpose of this operational restriction is to prevent the spread of Covid-19 through the movement of passengers, visitors and workers at Soekarno-Hatta International Airport,” Agus Haryadi explained.

He added, thus, passenger services in Terminal 1 were only carried out in Sub Terminal 1A. Whereas Sub Terminal 1B is not operated or temporarily closed. At Terminal 3, LCC flights diverted from Terminal 2F (LCCT) are served at the Island E. Check-In counter. Even though they are diverted to Terminal 3, Passenger Service Charge (PSC) does not change or remains in effect using Terminal 2F PSC.

“To anticipate passengers who are still going to Terminal 2F, we provide shuttle buses and helpdesk officers at Terminal 2F,” Agus Haryadi explained.
