CITILINK airline is collaborating with a logistics service provider company, Jalan Nugraha Ekakurir (JNE) in a collaborative loyalty program. This collaboration was signed by Citilink’s Director of Commerce and Cargo Ichwan F. Agus and President Director of JNE Mohamad Feriadi Soeprapto in Jakarta, Friday (11/18).
“This collaboration is a form of Citilink’s support for the development of the MSME business in Indonesia, especially to bridge the needs of MSME players who are members of the JNE Loyalty Card, in carrying out inter-regional mobility for their business interests,” said Citilink Director of Commerce and Cargo Ichwan F. Agus.
This collaboration includes easy access for JNE Loyalty Card (JLC) members to be able to convert JLC points into LinkMiles points. Through this collaboration, JLC members can exchange as many JLC points as possible to redeem Citilink tickets to their favorite destinations.
Likewise, Mohamad Feriadi Soeprapto as President Director of JNE said JNE welcomed the collaboration with Citilink as a strategic collaboration that JNE would continue to realize with the spirit of “Connecting Happiness” to provide the widest possible benefits, and ahead of the 32nd anniversary with the theme Rising Together to be prepared to face global challenges and carry out the mandate in delivering packages to all customers, as well as increasing the growth of the national economy.
“This collaboration is Citilink’s ongoing effort to continue to improve services and provide added value to all customers, especially LinkMiles members. Furthermore, as one of the logistics service providers with the largest customers in Indonesia, this collaboration with JNE is a very good potential for Citilink to continue to develop LinkMiles’ market share,” he remarked.
JNE Loyalty Card (JLC) is a membership program aimed at loyal JNE customers. JLC holders will get various benefits such as speed of service, discounted prices during the promo period, and very attractive raffle prizes.
