VIETJET airline recorded an achievement this year, by winning the 30th World Travel Awards as Asia’s Leading Airline for Customer Experience 2023. The 30th World Travel Awards was just held in Ho Chi Minh City recently. The event was also attended by international figures and experts in the fields of aviation, travel and tourism.
World Travel Awards founder Graham Cooke said, as a fast-growing airline, Vietjet has succeeded in building a special position in today’s competitive aviation market.
He further said, by focusing on comfort and through attractive marketing campaigns to provide benefits to customers, Vietjet has built a reputation as an airline capable of improving the overall passenger travel experience.
“After flying with Vietjet several times, I myself can confirm the excellent quality of service and the provision of delicious food on board, an achievement that deserves recognition,” said Graham as quoted in Vietjet’s official statement, Wednesday (9/20), 2023 .
Meanwhile, Vietjet Chief Operating Officer Michael Hickey said that this achievement obtained by Vietjet adds to the list of international awards that Vietjet has received from leading organizations, such as Skytrax, World Business Outlook and Airline Ratings.
“Winning this award is an important achievement for Vietjet as we expand our international operating footprint,” he said.
Recently, Vietjet also gained popularity as the airline of choice thanks to its offer of free SkyCare travel insurance packages to all domestic and international passengers, which provides comprehensive insurance coverage worth VND100 million (equivalent to approximately US$4,200).
Apart from that, this airline is also introducing premium Business class services on flights using wide-body aircraft, complete with comfortable flat-bed seats, as well as special culinary experiences during the flight.
