THE GIANT GUNDAM ROBOT IN JAPAN CAN BE VISITED BY THE END OF 2020

After experiencing various delays due to the Corona pandemic, the Yokohama Gundam Factory project was finally completed. Interestingly, visitors can witness the grand opening of Gundam Factory Yokohama at the end of 2020.

Visitors can come and watch the grand opening of Gundam Factory on Saturday, 19 December 2020. Visitors can see firsthand how big this giant Gundam robot is. And how the robot will move later.

Apart from seeing the giant Gundam, visitors can also enjoy other facilities. Like going up to the Gundam Dock Tower and taking a closer look from above what this giant Gundam looks like.

Visitors can also enter the Gundam Lab to enjoy the experience of being in the cockpit with Augmented Reality technology. To come and see the grand opening of Gundam Factory Yokohama is not free. Visitors are subject to an import duty of 1,650 Yen or around IDR232,000 for those aged 13 years and over.

And 1,100 yen or around IDR155,000 for visitors aged 7-12 years. Children under 6 years old who are accompanying adults or their parents are allowed free entry. But the maximum is only three children.

In addition, there are additional costs if you want to enter the Gundam Dock Tower facility. The fee is 3,300 Yen or around IDR460,000. By paying for the entrance ticket, visitors can also get free Gundam toys.

Ticket purchases are made online and can be purchased starting October 2, 2020 via the official website of the Gundam Yokoohama Factory. Meanwhile, the grand opening period of Gundam Factory Yokohama starts December 19, 2020 until March 31, 2021. [antaranews/photo special]
