ARTOTELGroup PRESENTS F&B SIGNATURE MENU PROGRAM ‘NUSANTARA DELIGHTS’

ARTOTELGroup officially introduced the F&B signature menu program themed Nusantara Delights. This menu inspired by various Indonesian spices is available in all hotels with the ARTOTEL brand starting August 7, 2023.

Nusantara Delights is a food and beverage offering created by ARTOTELGroup Corporate Executive Chef, Rendiputra Pratama Saroengallo and Corporate Restaurant & Bar Manager, Novianto Benito. By carrying out the fusion concept, the basic ingredients used to create these menus are Indonesian herbs and spices but served in a modern way.

“There are 3 signature food menus and 2 signature drink menus that will be presented, including: (1). Nasi Goreng Kemangi, a dish of fried rice made from basil leaves that has a distinctive aroma, served with sunny side up eggs and traditional crackers. (2). Salmon Woku, a salmon dish with butter rice sprinkled with pieces of corn and green beans served with authentic Manado Woku sauce, complete with Dabu-dabu sauce to add to the taste,” he said.

He explained, as for the order to (3). Laksa Iga, a dish of laksa with richly seasoned coconut milk and beef, served with short ribs, boiled eggs, fried beancurd, vermicelli, and long beans, (4). Kesuna Cekuh, a drink made from infused rum, kalamansi, soursop, and a sprinkling of cayenne pepper powder on top, makes this drink taste unique to be enjoyed, (5). Jaka Nungkha, a sweet drink made from a mixture of bayleaf-infused gin, tio pepe sherry, mashed jackfruit, green truffle oil, vanilla syrup, lemon juice and coconut water.

Likewise, the Corporate Executive Chef of ARTOTELGroup, Rendiputra Pratama Saroengallo said, as a form of our pride in the wealth of local Indonesian culinary delights, we want to represent these values in the dishes served at our restaurant.

“We are trying to create a new menu concept, namely Indonesian specialties served with fusion concept and also modern, but has a still Indonesian taste. So culinary identity Indonesia is not lost,” he said.

Meanwhile, ARTOTELGroup Corporate Restaurant & Bar Manager, Novianto Benito also added that in essence, through the Nusantara Delights menu, especially the new cocktails menu, we offer a new way to enjoy Indonesian flavors.
