THE TRAVEL and lifestyle application Airasia Super App introduces a travel retail marketplace service called Airasia Travelmall. Through this service, users can order authentic duty-free or tax-free products from practically anywhere.
The product will be delivered to the buyer on an international flight according to the plane ticket (in-flight service).

The presence of the Airasia Travelmall service in the application starts from the “Beauty” category which offers a variety of cosmetic and skin care products. The great enthusiasm of users has prompted Airasia Super App to expand this category to become Airasia Travelmall’s services with a range of beauty, fashion, and other products.
“Throughout 2021, we saw the interest of Airasia Super App users in the Beauty category with an increase of more than 30% in the number of products sold in each transaction. Starting from this, we presented Airasia Travelmall with more diverse product categories, and made it easier to order products. duty-free in a more practical, economical and safe way,” said Delly.
To provide a super-efficient shopping experience, Airasia Travelmall presents a special promo in the form of Free Shipping and Discounts of up to 80%with an Extra Discount of IDR100,000.
Currently, the purchase of duty-free products can be accessed by AirAsia passengers for international flights. Reservations can be made via the airasia Super App at least 48 hours before departure.
